Website content is general information and does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or constitute a binding quote.
Quotes and service agreements
Pricing, scope, timing, cancellation terms, payment requirements, and responsibilities become binding only when confirmed in a written job-specific agreement or approved quote.
Property information and access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property details, lawful access authorization, safe working conditions, and disclosure of known hazards.
Third-party providers
NextTenant may coordinate independent service providers appropriate to the approved scope. Specialized or licensed work may require separate providers and terms.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or falsely represent your authority over a property.
Limitations
To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or completeness. Service-related liability is governed by the applicable written job agreement.
